Our homeowners, have been telling their family and
friends, for years about the quality of their Grainger Built homes,
and how pleased they are with all the extras that come with their new
purchase.
These testimonials have brought new business to us and we appreciate
this very much. That is why we have developed this new program for
you... "Make A Friend, Your Neighbor." We are going to pay you $750.00
cash when your referral closes on a home from Brian Grainger
Construction, Inc. Second referral $1,000.00. Third and more
referrals $1500.00.
This program also gives your friend a $750.00 appliance upgrade when
they buy a new Grainger Built townhome.
Here is how the program works...
To qualify*:
1. You must be an existing home owner of a Grainger Built home or
townhome.
2. You must fill out the "Make A Friend Your Neighbor Referral Form,"
for each referral, prior to your friend(s), family member(s), or co-worker(s)
first visit.
3. If the party you referred purchases a home within 6 months of
referral, $750.00 payment will be made within 30 days after Friend
closes on their new home.
** Your friend/family will get their $750.00
upgrade at closing.
For the second referral we will pay you $1000.00, and for the third
and each additional referral we will pay $1500.00.

customers who have already registered with our office. We reserve the
